The dual axis tilt sensor measures body
acceleration as well as gravity. It could be used as
a standalone unit such as in automotive application or
connected to a PC thru the RS-232 port for level or
acceleration measurement and acquisition. Build
around the proven iMEMS technology, this family of
sensors is available with analog or digital
outputs. It is designed to fit in a wide range of
applications.
AN Series of sensors (Analog outputs)
| The
AN Series of low cost tilt sensors offer an easy way
to measure inclination from ±40°. Available in
1-Axis or 2-Axis configuration, they target
applications from levelling to equipment monitoring.
The AN Series can be fit in any testing instrument
where level or acceleration has to be
measured.

The
DG Series of general purpose tilt switches offers an easy
way to activate alarms or relays upon measurement of
a specific angle. Available in 1-Axis or 2-Axis
configurations, DG Series targets applications from
protection system to instrumentation. Sensors can be
fit in any monitoring equipment where critical
angles are to be detected. The DG Series of tilt
switches offer performance comparable to traditional
tilt sensor but at a lower cost.

AN demonstration board.
The AN demonstration board can be
used to learn and explore all features of the Dual
Axis Tilt Sensor. Combining serial communication and
both analog and digital outputs, it is the ideal tool for anyone who
wishes to get a deeper comprehension of our sensors.
Combine with a dedicated Windows application, this
demonstration board is very easy to use.
Board features are:
- Four LED tilt indicator: right, left, front and back.
- Four open-collector outputs: right, left, front and back.
- One RS-232 port for configuration and reading in conjunction with the
Windows software.
Sample data rate can be up
to 150 samples/second.
- Sensor
self test can be
enabled/disabled by the
software.
- Acceleration
samples can be saved in
the Excel or text files.
- Operates
from 4 to 12V, option for
3.3V.
