Addict
Technologies PCI reconfigurable
card has no match on the market. The card supports one or two Xilinx FPGA (XCS05 or
XCS30), fully programmable by the PC software through the PCI bus. This enables pre-processing of the signals and gives the opportunity to
adapt the card for particular applications. The card also supports interrupt generation.
The digital I/O function is the first
implementation, within the
FPGA, provided at no charge for the
PCIRIO. This first implementation supports 24 or 48 digital I/O pins. Each group of 8 pins is programmable as input or output.
All signals are externally
available through a DB-37
connector. In the case of 48 I/O's, a second DB-37 connector is used for the 24 additional I/O's.
Possible applications are multiple channel PWM
modulator, data generator, high speed parallel
interface, automatic test station for production
line or any other application requiring several
inputs or outputs. Specific
configurations can be done upon request to better
answer your needs.
